Welcome to Represent Dance. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website, registering for our classes, or participating in any of our activities.
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Represent Dance, including but not limited to dance classes, workshops, events, performances, and online content. 1.2 By enrolling in any of our services or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Registration and Payment
All participants must register and provide accurate personal details when signing up for any classes or events. 2.2 Full payment for classes, workshops, or events is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated. 2.3 Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a class or event is canceled by Represent Dance.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration for any class or event must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a credit that can be applied toward future services. 3.2 If a class or event is canceled by Represent Dance due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of a rescheduled class or a full refund. 3.3 Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or events due to personal reasons unless specifically stated in the cancellation policy of that class or event.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior in the studio, during performances, and at any events hosted or organized by Represent Dance. 4.2 Disrespectful behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Represent Dance reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or event without a refund in cases of misconduct. 4.3 Represent Dance reserves the right to deny access to any participant who violates these terms.
5. Health and Safety
All participants must be in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that may prevent them from safely participating in dance activities. 5.2 Represent Dance is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes, performances, or events. Participants assume full responsibility for their participation and should inform instructors of any medical conditions or limitations. 5.3 By participating in any class or event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity, including the risk of injury.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Represent Dance, including but not limited to choreography, training materials, and online content, is the intellectual property of Represent Dance. 6.2 Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute any materials without the express permission of Represent Dance.
7. Liability Waiver
Represent Dance is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on the premises or participating in any activity organized by Represent Dance. 7.2 Participants agree to release and discharge Represent Dance, its instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from their participation in our activities.
8. Use of Photography and Media
By participating in any Represent Dance class, event, or performance, you agree to allow the use of photos, videos, or other media taken during the activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify Represent Dance in writing before participating in the activity.
9. Modifications to Terms
Represent Dance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 9.2 Continued use of our services after any changes have been made to these terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. 10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
